Lia & Lorenzo

Oh yes, Lia has a boyfriend. His name is Lorenzo, and ever since the two of them met at the bread counter at the supermarket, they are deeply in love. No wonder, because the two of them are totally nuts and seem to be made for each other. Peanuts always come in couples, and Lorenzo, whose second name is also 'Peanut', is Lia's perfect counterpart.

It was love at first sight for the two of them. Flirty little Lorenzo is always trying to catch Lia's attention, but usually he is only presented with a cold shoulder or a slap in the face. It's a big show she's pulling off, but the truth is that Lia is crazy about Lorenzo. No wonder! He has blond hair with a red tinge, blue eyes, a great sense of rhythm, and above all, he is Italian! Which is a big romantic plus. Of course Lia doesn’t want Lorenzo to think that she is easy prey. And thus our little femme fatale is playing it extremely cool. "Come on buddy, you can do better than that! You want your keys back? Eh? Eh? Noooot gonna get them!"

O.k., courting Lia is not an easy thing. She's a hard nut to crack. But Lorenzo is doing a very good job. It's just adorable when he cocks his head and tries to look deep into Lia's dark brown eyes. Oh, the two of them are enjoying each other's company, be it at the toyshop, at Gymboree, at Kindermusik, or over an occasional cup of coffee and a fistfull of cheerios. Like an old married couple they show up everywhere together and can't help picking a fight in public. Yes, Lia and Lorenzo are engaged in a healthy and mature relationship. And it's the cutest thing to watch. Mr. and Mrs. Smith are nothing compared to Mr. and Mrs. Peanut.

Watch the two love bugs generously share an egg:
