Drum roll:
The opera is absolutely exciting!
Today, Lia experienced classical underwater music for little ones,
ranging from Mendelssohn Bartholdy to Benjamin Britten.
Such a sophisticated five-year-old. If not to say snob.
The little opera fan.

Dear family and friends, we have been asked time and again to create a website that will document our life in suburbia alias North Carolina! And here it is, our very humble and very pink start at turning our private into public. So wherever you are, in Germany, Israel, England, or America, you are now invited to track and share the expansion of our family. ENJOY!

In the summer, in the city
We're enjoying the gorgeous weather and the actually clean water of the river Weser.
Lots of thanks to the environmentally aware citizens of Bremen!
Freestyle!
Relaxing in the shade. And that includes cousin Ove (note stroller in the back).
And an exhausted Lia is a very pretty sight.
Freestyle!
Splish, splash. What else is there to say.

Shshshhh...
What next?
Flying through the air is exhausting.
And an exhausted Lia is a very pretty sight.

May Medley
It has been ages...
There hasn't been anything special or interesting going on,
and we have been waiting, waiting, waiting for spring and summer to arrive.
Not mainly indoors, but some!
Playing inside can be fun. Both of them love to play with cars. Sometimes, though, Ben is required to play dress up with Lia. And it's only fair. Thank God for blue skirts.
The boy is suffering.
But there's nothing like playing outside.
Ben. Not just handsome, but also clever.
Peanut, all summery:
And all sleepy.
TV works very well with close-ups.
Kiss, kiss!
Best neighbor ever: Greta.
Somehow, there's a huge hole in the fence between the two gardens.
Robbers, perhaps. Two short ones.
Two more close-ups.
More action coming up. But for now we're chillin'.
