The real thing

At age seven Lia makes it to the stage of the opera, joining the ballet ensemble of the State of Lower Saxony. I can assure you, that even though Lia loved every moment of that whole week of training and that one night of starring on stage,
it was actually her mother who had the time of her life ;)
And I am SO PROUD of my incredibly confident and talented and beautiful daughter.
No evil eyes allowed. Thank you very much.

For a whole week, twenty girls aged 6 to 8 rehearsed every morning.

Swinging legs, smiling, dancing,

flying.

And she was pleased.

For a good reason, cause she entered the impressive building as a dancer.

Goofy girl,

but when the moment came, she was dead serious

and in a dreamy state.

My mom pointed out he was quite good looking.

And the family clan, some very small grandmothers sitting, others standing,
all focussing on the star.

The parents were sitting in the first row, taping the show with trembling hands.

It was perfect.
