And you wonder why Spikey needs to get cleaned up? It's because she has been coloring on EVERYTHING with her boyfriend Lo, on everything but paper, of course. Everything includes her belly. Which reminds me of Lia's new word: bellybutton. And she says it in absolutely immaculate Hebrew: PUPIK!

Ooh! A UNICORN!
Never ever come between an artist and his/her craft. If someone's belly or somebody's couch makes a much better canvas then that's just it - really no use to argue with that. (as long as it is not MY couch, which I'm perfectly capable of - ahem - redecorating myself, as I have accidentally proven multiple times ... *wink*)
And, well, if someone's mama thinks little girls make really cool, spikey and unspeakably cute unicorns wading through magic ponds disguised as bathtubs that's not such a different story, if you ask me! Totally within the paradigm! (Although the reception may be a bit ahead of the actual presentation but then someone's mama and her girlfriends went to university for YEARS to see things that may or may not actually be in the text to the point where some of them deny the existence of blue doors when they are absolutely and undeniably there .... but I'm babbling ... nevermind ...)
