Dear family and friends,
we have been asked time and again to create a website that will document our life in suburbia alias North Carolina! And here it is, our very humble and very pink start at turning our private into public. So wherever you are, in Germany, Israel, England, or America, you are now invited to track and share the expansion of our family. ENJOY!

Sweet chestnuts
It's official. And it's everywhere. Autumn.
The kids have collected walnuts and chestnuts aplenty.
Every season has specials to offer.
Some seasonal inspiration for everyone who loves autumn.
Oh, whatever. Three more seasons to go till next summer.
Freu mich schon drauf!!
Exactly the right way to say hello to fall - with a smile. We're going to break it with friendliness, maybe it'll be good to us. But for all I care we can fast forward to spring.
Chocolate and tea sounds good though, and, lets face it, it tastes best when it gets chilly outside. Gives you that sweet and warm fuzzy feeling that just is not the same when it's 30+ degrees outside (not that we had too many days like that this year that they would be worth remebering).

You've got some big nuts over there. (And some pretty cute kids too. Nutty, but cute.)
YAAAY to conkers! And to cute kids! Now get the kites out (Uh let the kits out! Uh let the kites out!)
