The Dreamteam
They are simply breathtakingly cute together.
They are simply breathtakingly cute together.
And some more hospital highlights:
Top and bottom: The proud parents.
And a special gift to our baby girl: a baby doll.
Guess what name Lia chose for her doll? Yes! Walter. (It's totally cool that Germany's oldest doll company makes transvestite dolls.)
And our favorite pic so far, one more time, and in color.
Ben.
An update on our daughter the bookworm: Lia can read! A couple of days ago she surprised us during story time by recognizing the letter A in one of her books. "Guck! Da. A." Oh my God. I thought it was amazing, proud mom that I am. I had written her name in capital letters on a piece of paper a couple of times, and she remembered the shape of the letter A and pointed it out. Now we are no longer reading books, but are flipping through the pages in search of the letters L, I, and A.
Give me an L! Give me an I! Give me an A!

The photos are gorgeous, quality not so much but CONTENT well, that's the stuff that makes you all teary-eyed wishing you were there to kiss and hug and squeeze little babies named BEN and LIA all while laughing with new Mommy of two.
