German Winter Update

A (winter) break from blogging? Well that was the idea! And certainly a comprehensible decision given the many changes that are currently turning our lives upside down. But what the hell. We are yielding to the increasing number of complaints by posting to our blog. Here she is! Peanut on a sunny (!) and bloody cold day, out for a sleigh ride on a frozen lake! Not just any sleigh, but her mother's old wooden sleigh. In contrast to Lia I was always crying when being dragged out into the snow. My daughter is just so much tougher, and the serious look on her face is actually deceiving. She loved sliding across the ice! Brrr. All in all, Lia is a trooper. She seems to be coping best with all the new challenges. That's my girl.

Stop blogging immediately.
This reminds me of those pathetic souls in the Outdoor Kindergarten of Germany... I just can't look.
Welcome back! Couldn't wait to hear and see something from you!
Cool, Ihr seid zurück im www!
P.s. Good pic, sad story.
I'm not surprised. She liked her water liquid in the summer, she's going to like her water frozen in the winter, she'll love her water as steam at the gym when she's 19, and she'll probably marry a sailor too. I'm thinking Popeye maybe?
Now, how is Walter?!
It's about time, I thought you guys had fallen off the face of the earth! Glad to see you're back!
Finally! How are you feeling now that you are getting close to your due date?
Great to see the beautiful pics of Lia. Hope you are all doing well back in Germany. Looking forward to hearing about the safe arrival of Walter. We all enjoyed celebrating Nell's first Christmas - she is 7 months now and we are just about beginning to feel human again. Good luck with lots of love from Rob, Helen, Hal and Nell xxxx
