That's just neat!
Our daughter Lia is a very orderly little person. Stray objects are picked up and placed in drawers, cupboards, bags, and trash cans. It's not easy to make sense of Lia's filing system, especially when we find the car keys in the kitchen cabinet, a pair of baby socks in Thiemo's briefcase, and our German passports in the American wastebasket. But we certainly don't wish to underestimate our daughter. Maybe this is one of those generation gaps and we simply don't get it. And even if Lia's sense of order needs getting used to, it's certainly nice to live in a tidy and uncluttered place.
And maybe those car keys do belong among the pans and pots. (video!)

wie André immer sagt: "feste Plätze" - dann passen die Schlüssel auch zu den Töpfen, weil sie da immer liegen! ;-)

Hallo Lia!
Wir verstehen uns - bei uns sind die Schlüssel auch bei den Töpfen - oder in der Spülmaschine - oder in meinem Laster, seit ICH was bezüglich Ordnung mitzumischen habe! Meine Eltern wollen mich übrigens seit neuestem mit einem extra für mich zusammen gestellten Schlüsselbund abspeisen. Aber ich hab natürlich gleich spitzgekriegt, dass das eine billige Ablenkungsmasche ist. So nicht! I want the real thing!!! Und das kann ich auch sehr gut deutlich machen. Tja, unsere Eltern müssen sich wohl tatsächlich an unser ausgeklügeltes Ordnungssystem gewöhnen, was LIa?!

Hmm, coincidence that Little Miss.Nut places things such as car keys into not-so-obvious spots such as the cupboard? Hmm, lets ask Mommy where her cell phone is. Where is that Nirit? You have no idea? Oh wait, lets check the fridge... Though there is one slight difference with miss Lia; she knows EXACTLY where she has put those keys, only, she's not telling!
Is this the explanation for why I STILL have not been able to find the keys to my front door, since, YES, my last visit to Germany?!
