Strawberry fields forever

It's strawberry season!
These two need some more sunshine.
(Being a strawberry in Germany isn't all that easy.)

But these here, in Lia's mouth, are nice and red and sweet.

Strawbe-be-be-be-be-berry Shortcake is presenting:

Can't wait for blueberry season to begin.

To match Ben's shirt?

(of course.)

Our strawberries just came to an end, but not before I was able to make a giant strawberry cake. yum. Now, we're on to peaches...

Looks like German strawberries are doing a lot better than English ones... Maybe we can do a little trade-in: A punnet or two for another delightful Strewberry shortcake dvd!
Also, congratulations on the successful transformation of your garden ;-)

Yummy. These look pretty good. Tom won't eat the German ones, but loved the early Spanish ones. Must either be the actual exposure to sun or maybe pesticides are doing the trick. Who knows.
