It's so much fun to pick Lia up from her bed in the morning or after a nap. Sometimes she makes loud squeaking noises (Rückwärtskiekser) while hiding her face in the pillows and excitedly waving her arms and legs about, sometimes she just looks at us with an expression that reads "Oh, it's you folks again! You're kind of nice! Lets have some fun." But she always seems to be ready for whatever we've planned for the day. Katja described her as having a challenging look in her eyes that says: "So, und nun? What else do you have in store for me?" I hope Lia will be able to keep that genuine curiosity through life. Guten Morgen Lia, schön dich jetzt immer life zu sehen, Du bist ganz schön groß geworden, ein richtiges Menschlein, gar kein kleines Baby mehr! Halte Deine Eltern ordentlich auf Trapp, sie sollen Dich nur jeden Tag ordentlich bespaßen, dafür sind sie ja da!! Wir würden das auch gern mal übernehmen, leider bist du aber so weit weg!
